We come directly to your home, workplace, or wherever your car is parked. We bring everything we need — water, power, products and equipment — so you don't need to provide anything. Just make sure we can access the car and we'll take it from there.
Nope — we're fully self-sufficient. We carry our own water containers and a portable pressure washer, so we don't rely on your tap or power. If you do have access available it can speed things up, but it's never required.
It depends on the service and vehicle size. A Basic Wash typically takes 45–60 minutes. An Interior Detail is around 1–1.5 hours. A Full Detail is around 2–3 hours. A Premium Package can take 3–5 hours. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate when you book.
We're based in Brisbane and cover most suburbs across the city — north, south, east, and west. Check the suburb map above for our regular service area. If you're a bit further out, just message us and we'll let you know if we can make it work. For bigger jobs we're often happy to travel further.
We accept cash and card payments on the day. We use Square so you can tap and pay with your phone, card, or watch — no need to visit an ATM. Payment is taken once the job is done and you're happy with the result.
We'll keep an eye on the forecast and be in touch if there's a chance of rain. Light rain usually isn't a problem for interior jobs, but for exterior washes we'll work with you to reschedule to the next available time that suits you both. We never rush a job in bad weather.
Yes — no judgement here! We've seen it all. For cars that need extra love, we'll give you an honest quote upfront. Heavily soiled vehicles may attract an additional fee depending on how much work is involved, but we'll always discuss this with you before we start.
Absolutely — in fact we'd love it. Regular customers get priority booking and we can lock in a recurring day and time that works for you. Whether it's weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, just mention it when you book and we'll sort it out.
We use professional-grade, car-safe products throughout. This includes pH-neutral shampoos, microfibre wash mitts, clay bars, carnauba wax or polymer sealant, interior-safe all-purpose cleaners, and streak-free glass cleaner. We don't cut corners on product quality — it shows in the result.
